ADHESIVE NC500, 500ML

Adhesive NC 500 is non-chlorinated spray adhesive, perfect for fixing and bonding a wide range of materials. The product has been formulated without Methylene Chloride or other chlorinated solvents. Ideal for numerous applications in areas such as the foam converting, upholstery, carpet fitting and automotive industries. Quickly provides high-strength, permanent bonds on many different substrates, including Upholstery, carpets, flooring, paper, rubber, plastics, fabrics, foam, card, wood, metals, hessian and cork.

• Clear, amber liquid appearance
• Acetone odour
• 0.81 SG at 25°C and 3 bar pressure at 25°C
• 1.1g/sec discharge rate
• Styrene butadiene rubber polymer type
• Approximately 60 minutes, maximum adhesion in 12 - 24 hours bonding time
• Classified as extremely flammable under the EC Classification
• Amberklene FE10, ME20 or LO30 recommended solvents
• Soluble in some solvents, insoluble in water

Megjegyzések

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 3 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
