AD4000BCPZ-RL7 is a high accuracy, high speed, low power, 16bit, precision successive approximation register (SAR) analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). This ADC incorporates easy drive features, such as high-Z mode and an extended acquisition phase, which provide signal chain architectural flexibility by expanding the range of companion circuitry that can be paired with these ADCs. Operating from a single power supply, VDD, this ADC allows the reference voltage, VREF, to be applied externally and set independently of the supply voltage. With fast device throughput upto 2MSPS, this device can accurately capture high-frequency signals and implement oversampling techniques to alleviate the challenges associated with antialias filter designs. It is used in applications such as automated test equipment, machine automation, medical equipment, battery-powered equipment, precision data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and control systems.

- 10MHz typical -3dB input bandwidth at (VDD = 1.71V to 1.89V, VIO = 1.71V to 5.5V)
- Single 1.8V supply operation with 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface
- Fast conversion phase extends the ADC acquisition time
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 10-lead LFCSP package
