ADA4851-2 is a dual channel, low cost, high speed, voltage feedback rail-to-rail, output opamp. It is designed to operate at supply voltages as low as +3V and upto ±5V. This part provide true single supply capability, allowing input signals to extend 200mV below the negative rail and to within 2.2V of the positive rail. On the output, the amplifier can swing within 60mV of either supply rail. It is widely used in application such as automotive infotainment systems, automotive driver assistance systems, consumer video, professional video, video switchers, active filters, clock buffers etc.

• −3dB bandwidth is 130MHz typ, power-down mode
• Slew rate is 375V/μ typ at (G = +2, VOUT = 7V step), qualified for automotive application
• Settling time to 0.1% is 55ns typ at (G = +2, VOUT = 2V step, RL = 150 ohm)
• 0.1dB flatness is 11MHz typ at (G = +2, VOUT = 1.4V p-p, RL = 150 ohm)
• Differential gain is 0.08% typ at 9G = +2, NTSC, RL = 150 ohm, VOUT = 2V p-p)
• Differential phase is 0.09% at (G = +2, NTSC, RL = 150 ohm, VOUT = 2V p-p)
• Operating supply voltage range is 2.7V to 12V
• Quiescent current per amplifier is 2.5mA typ, low voltage offset is 0.6mV typ
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
• Packaging style is 8-lead mini small outline package (MSOP)
