LTC6227 is very fast, low noise rail-to-rail output, unity gain stable dual op amp with a gain bandwidth product of 420MHz and a slew rate of 180V/μs at (VS = ±5V. The low input referred voltage noise of only 1nV/√Hz and low distortion of less than –90dBC for 4VP-P signals at 1MHz makes them ideal for applications that require high dynamic range and deal with very fast signals, such as driving A/D converters. The combination of low offset, low offset drift, high gain (139dB at VS = ±5V) and high CMRR (114dB at VS = ±5V) make this excellent device for high dynamic range applications. With an input range extending to the negative rail and rail-to-rail output stage, the operational amplifier can accommodate wide swinging signals, and true single supply operation. Application includes optical electronics: fast AC-coupled transimpedance amplifiers, driving high dynamic range A/D converters, active filters, video amplifiers and low voltage low distortion amplification.

- 330MHz –3dB closed loop bandwidth (AV = 1, RL = 1Kohm to half supply, VS = ±5V)
- Input common mode range includes negative rail, fully specified at supplies of 3V, 5V and 10V (±5V)
- Output swings rail-to-rail
- Supply current of 5.5mA/channel typ, operating supply range from 2.8V to 11.75V
- Low power shutdown
- Input offset voltage of 95μV maximum and input offset voltage drift of 0.4μV/°C typ at VS = ±5V
- Input bias current of –8.4μA typical and input offset current of 0.2μA typ at VS = ±5V
- Very high open loop gain of 9V/μV (139dB), RL = 1Kohm at VS = ±5V
- 8-lead MSOP-exposed pad package, -40°C to 125°C temperature range
