MAX4200EUK+T

The MAX4200EUK+T is an ultra high-speed, low noise, open loop buffer in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This low power single buffer has high slew rate, high output current, excellent capacitive load driving capability and have no internal termination resistors. It uses a proprietary architecture to achieve up to 660MHz -3dB bandwidth, 220MHz 0.1dB gain flatness and 4200V/µs slew rate. The low-noise performance makes this buffer suitable for driving high-speed analogue to digital converter (ADC) inputs. This device is used in high-speed DAC buffers, high-speed ADC input buffers, digital transmission line drivers and wireless LANs.

• Bandwidth for 0.1dB gain flatness is 50MHz

• Differential gain error of 1.3% at RL = 150 ohm
• Differential phase error of 0.15° at RL = 150 ohm
• High output drive of ±90mA
