MAX9646EBS+TG45

The MAX9646EBS+TG45 is a low power comparator with precision reference in 4 pin UCSP package. This extremely small comparator ideal for compact, low current and low voltage applications. It features an input voltage range of -0.3V to +5.5V, independent of supply voltage and maintains high impedance at the inputs even when powered down (VCC or VREF = 0V). It also features internal filtering to provide high RF immunity. The device has a push-pull output stage that can both sink and source current and eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor. It features 700nA (max) supply current and operates down to VCC = 1V.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Internal 0.2V reference trimmed to 1% accuracy
• Non-inverting input
• Input bias current is 0.06nA
• Power supply rejection ratio is 53dB
• Input leakage current is less than 0.1nA
• Supply current is 0.6μA at VCC = 5.5V
