BTS7008-2EPZ is a PROFET™ +2 12V smart high-side power switch providing protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated in SMART7 technology. Qualified for automotive applications. Product validation according to AEC-Q100 Grade 0. Typical applications include suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, applications with extended or/and high temperature mission profiles, under the hood applications requiring an extended junction temperature range, up to 175°C and suitable for powertrain systems such as transmission applications.
