45W adapter reference demo board is intended to be a form, fit and function test platform for low cost charger applications to show the state of art 700V CoolMOS™ P7 superjunction (SJ) MOSFET (IPN70R600P7S) in SOT-223 package. The reference adapter board is designed to fit a very small form factor while maintaining high efficiency, low standby power and various modes of protection for a highly reliable system. The board passes EMI (both conducted and radiated), ESD immunity and surge immunity tests and can be used for production by customers after a final verification with minor changes.
