DS3904U-020+T&R

The DS3904U-020+T&R is a triple, 128 position, non-volatile variable digital resistor/switch in 8 pin µSOP package. Each resistor has 128 user-selectable positions with high-impedance setting that allows each resistor to function as a digital switch. Communication with the device is achieved through a 2-wire serial interface. Address pins allow multiple DS3904 to operate on the same two-wire bus. This device is a replacement for conventional mechanical trimming resistors.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Three linear digital resistors with end to end resistance of 20Kohm
• Resistor settings are stored in non-volatile memory
• End to end resistance tolerance is ±25%
• Low end to end temperature coefficient of 125ppm/°C
