BD50GC0MEFJ-ME2

The BD50GC0MEFJ-ME2 is a fixed output low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator in 8 pin HTSOP package. The output accuracy is ±1% of output voltage. It has built-in overcurrent protection for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit, circuit current ON/OFF switch for setting the circuit 0μA at shutdown mode and thermal shutdown circuit for protecting IC from heat destruction by overload condition. The device is usable for ceramic capacitor and enables to improve smaller set and long life.

• Input power supply voltage range from 4.5V to 14V and enable (EN) voltage range from 0V to 14V
• Minimum dropout voltage of 0.6V at TA = 25°C (VCC=5V, IO=1A)
• High accuracy reference voltage circuit
• Bias current of 600μA at TA = 25°C
• Line regulation of 25mV at TA = 25°C and load regulation of 25mV at TA = 25°C
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
